Though am disaponited
I am disappointed for buying an item and received it on the 3rd January 2025. The motor of the item is not working and I try to contact the company but I do not know how to get them.

My reason is that i am confused with the message i received that my packs has been delivered but i have not seen nothing.
I have not receive my packs but a message was sent to me that my orders have been delivered 27 November by 8.48 am by WHO and who received it. I am Tochi Onyenobi from ltaly. Please check who delivered the packs and to whom he delivered to.

Description states 10 totes but Temu only shipped one and when requesting refund only offer $9.00. I waited for almost 2weeks to receive the 10 totes now having to return and be inconvenienced more. Am over Temu and its chanagens
